As part of my ongoing commitment to our Veterans, I have held Veteran's Home Buyer's Workshops periodically throughout the year.  They are typically at the VA Medical Centers on Brecksville Road (south) or at Wade Park (east).

In these workshops, I help educate our Veterans on their Entitlement for the Mortgage program, what many of the rules are, special benefits for Veterans with Service related disabilities, how the rules work for fulltime Servicemembers or Reserves/Guards, credit (free credit reports), and many other topics any home buyer would like to know before they go out to look for a home.

I also have the ability to tailor a program for Human Resources of companies for Lunch and Learn workshops for the non-Veteran buyer.
