- The minimum down payment is 3.50% of the combined total of the purchase price plus renovation costs.
- The interest rate is very close to the rate offered on an FHA loan without the renovation feature.
- The list of things that can be included is very long. Call or email me if you would like a list of what can or cannot be included in the renovation loan, but here are a few examples:
