The details are coming soon.  The County and City Programs are not always funded each year, and focuses more on renovation deals than simple down payment assistance.  In any case, the funds for these programs are very similar to the Parma Program and go very quickly.  Plus, you never know when the money will be available from year-to-year so ask me and I'll give you an update.
